Last updated: 1 November 2026
This policy explains how AVELUNEX (“we”) uses your personal data when you visit avelunex.shop, place an order or contact us.

Who we share it with
- Hosting and email: Hostinger, which hosts this site and our mailbox.
- Payments: our payment providers (Stripe and/or PayPal, as shown at checkout) receive the details needed to take payment. Card numbers are entered directly with them and never reach us.
- Delivery: the postal or courier service that delivers your parcel receives your name, address and, if given, phone or email for delivery updates; for deliveries outside the UK, customs authorities receive the details on the customs declaration.
- Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK, for example in the European Economic Area or the United States. Where a country does not have a UK adequacy decision, transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider’s certification under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the tax year, as UK tax law requires.
- Customer account: until you ask us to delete it (order records are then kept as above).
- Messages and cancellation requests: 3 years, unless needed longer for a dispute.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy to take elsewhere, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@avelunex.shop; we reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country — for example Datatilsynet in Denmark or the authority of your German federal state.

We only use cookies and storage the shop needs to work. See our Cookie Policy.

Our shop is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
